My sae project

Siberian Huskies have long been an interest of my family, and my parents.  We've owned them as pets for many years, and my parents own and operate one of the most popular Husky breeding farms in the Midwest, Frosty Meadow Husky Farm. My project consists of only breeding specific Huskies.  Occasionally, when someone purchases a Husky Puppy, it is returned to our farm.  Normally it is due to changing circumstances.  Most of these times, my parents find a new home for him/her. Sometimes, we keep them.  In the cases where they are kept, they become my pets.  Currently, I have 3 of them:  Czar, Lula, and Luna.  All 3 were named by their previous owners.  Czar is a 5 year old male, Lula is a 4 year old female, and Luna is a 2-year old female (at the time of this writing).  In addition, my parents gave me three other females, Aleu, Iris, and Willow, who are also 3 and 2 years old.  If other huskies come back to us, they will be added to my list.

Czar was fixed by his previous owner, so he cannot be used for breeding.  Lula, after having one litter for my project, was spayed due to complications that arose during her second try.  She remains with me, like Czar, as a pet.  Luna is  intact (as well as Aleu, Iris, and Willow) and able to have puppies.  Since at this time, I do not have any males that are intact, my parents donate to my project the use of their males.  My hope is to continue to grow my business into a very profitable enterprise that funds my college education and enables me to get a good jump on my career in The Food and Agricultural Sciences.
